  • what to do with germinated squash seeds

another question , sorry! put some squash seeds to germinate and they have taken about 3 weeks and gave them up as dead so bought some more seeds and now 5 have germinated! put them into their own little pots yesterday (only 3 " though?)I know thet dont like the cold at all but not sure if they are the type of plant which likes their roots disturbed or not?should i be putting them into bigger pots to start with?

Leave them in the 3" pots till their roots start to show through the holes in the bottom (or they look plainly too large for the pot), then pot on again - or harden off gently and plant in final position.

Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons for you are crunchy and good with ketchup!

They key is not to wait too long - don't make them struggle for nutrients.
