The leaves with 'spots' still have them, but new leaves look fine and its still growing okay, so I'll keep it seperate. I think I'll seaweed foliar feed them all again too.

I would't worry about your chillies, i suspect its an evironmental thing because in April we still had chilly nights but warm days. My chillies looked a bit like that last year. If they are on the windowsill make sure you bring them away from it overnight, the temp difference between the windowsill and the rest of the house can be quite large! Same applies if they are in a greenhouse - make sure its heated and don't allow large temp differences.
Remember chillies, peppers, toms and aubergines are mediterranean plants that like a constant warm place to grow.
They will recover from it, as you say the new leaves look better. Now we're into May they should be fine but keep an eye on the temps.
There's vegetable growing in the family, but I must be adopted Happy Gardening!
My chili has that yellowy spot on it's leaves too, I just leave it. I saw it 2 or 3 weeks ago on 2 of my Israely Habanero plants (a unknown habanero sent by a good friend from Israel, so i named it according to it's origin), now it is totally green again and I didn't feed nor spray them.
