I find washing my hair gets the remainder of the dirt out of my nails/cracks in my skin where my eczema has flared up, either that or give both of my wee lads a good scrubbing! That might be a problem when they grow up.

I recently started using using Ecover hand wash stuff, it smells lovley and has left my hands softer than my normal bar of soap, still use a nail brush though.Blogging at..... www.thecynicalgardener.wordpress.com

Prevention is better than cure, wear marigolds. If I'm not down the lottie covered in soil and muck, I'm in the workshop covered in steam oil and grease. I use industrial hand cleaner and sharp sand. It shifts 90% of the dirt off but turns your skin into Rhino hide. It'll work, but I don't think it's the result you want!http://norm-foodforthought.blogspot.com/
If it ain't broke, don't fix it and if you ain't going to eat it, don't kill it

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.
Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

Yesterday I lit the garden incinerator bin thing (after checking no-one had their washing out of course) and started burning rubbish. I had a heap of cardboard to burn so ripped it into small its and popped it into the chimney hole. Today I have bright orange, kipper like hands, no matter how much I scrub them they look like I've been smoking 1000 fags a day, and they stink.
