planting advice on kale and chard

hi i have recently bought the new magazine with the free seeds and want to grow some of the kale and chard,is it easy to grow can i grow sow seed direct in to ground any tip would be appreciated

They're both easy JoJo. You can sow outside. But I sow in pots (outside) then transplant where I want them to grow. Good luck.

Depends how much you eat, and how often you want chard/kale
I am veggie, I love my greens, so I eat a handful most dinners. I plant 6 of each plant I reckon. Plus a couple for the guinea pigs
