I bought some Westland Nuitri organic plant food tutha day but....

The instructions say that it should be applied to the roots not the foliage.

Seaweed ones are quite often recommended for foliar feeding?
Or you could try some stuff I found from Harrod Horticultural called "Power Feed Liquid Compost", which I think is brilliant, but it stinks & it's a bit pricey. Although one bottle did last me a whole season, and it says it's suitable for foliar feeding too. Organic Fertiliser with Fish & Liquid Compost

Why do you specifically want to feed your foliage?

Seaweed based ones are good folia feed.

A folia feed gives plants a boost. Very good for Clematis.
