hmmm well Mr Blue will often wee on our compost heap, Bob Flowerdew says it can help get things going. I personally think he is being a typical boy.

Not sure about eating the watercress - well we often eat stuff that has been fertilized with actual poo so its not that much different really...

Still, not sure.

Sounds like a right faff!! Might be worth doing on a large scale, like at a water treatment works, but for the individual it's probably easier to just pour it on the compost heap. Or build a composting loo a la John Seymour.

You can use fresh, diluted urine as a fertiliser (probably best on flowers, not food). It doesn't smell. It is high in nitrogen like nettle tea.

Unless the person producing the urine has something seriously wrong health wise, the liquid should be sterile and you should come to no harm even if you drank it, so using it as a fertiliser should pose no problems
