I have just a couple of colies and the white center part is growing apart.
Is this bolting or a disease?

Sounds like bolting. Simplest reasons are the soil is too loose, or they were put in too early, were cheched by a cold spell and started growing again when the weather warmed up. If they're big enough to use, pull 'em and eat 'em.

Many thanks, they were planted last year, I have some cabbages planted at the same time, hope they will be ok.

Getting ready to flower (or bolt as it's known). Cut them and eat them quick.
