I think the problem is that you are growing them indoors I have one plant indoors and the flowers on that are doing the same as yours.
I also have a loads in the ground outside and the flowers are turning black on them but they have been pollinated by the various insects like bees ants etc. The problem with growing indoors is that you dont have the prolific insect life to pollinate the flowers so they die off without getting pollinated.
The flowers do look nice but they dont last too long before dying off and if they die before getting pollinated then you dont get any beans.
