Much of my Mange tout and peas are starting to flower and I hear many stories of ruined crops through the pea moth laying its eggs in the flowers.
I understand some chemicals are available in the market place. Could anyone suggest one that is gentle yet effective?
I understand many people used derris but that has now been withdrawn.
I've never had any problems with pea moths (grabs hold of wood in a frantic manner...........) and as Flum say, it's a bit early yet.
