  • Flowing Spinach

Some of my spinach is starting to produce flowers. They're not very big plants and I haven't started picking the leaves yet as I wanted them to get nice and busy first as you need a lot of spinach to make a meal. Do you think it's because I'm not picking the leaves or could it be that they're too dry. I'm struggling to keep everything watered with just a watering can and a poorly back!
    Thanks

    Flowing ? !!

Spinach is notorious for bolting. A lot of people now grow perpetual spinach (leaf beet) instead.

Too warm, too dry. Nip the flower buds off and see what happens.
