Sorry, it's me again! Apologies if this has been answered before but did 'search ' it and came up with so many threads that after reading about 30 I was still none the wiser! I need to lay membrane on my allotment but don't know where to get the best price. I'm sure I read somewhere that it was cheaper at so and so's but can't find the thread. Please Help!

50m at 1m wide from Wickes at £15.99 last time I bought it. But that was weed suppressant, which might not be what you are after.

I buy Mypex or their own brand at about 45p per m2 in 100m rolls 2/3.5 wide. Pegs are about 10p each. so about £100 or £150 a roll.

When I did my first allotment I paid slightly more to buy it by the metre from another supplier.

Sell it to others by the metre at a small profit (for the allotments in my case) to make it cheaper for you.

It lasts years. The only annoying feature is fraying I have used a sowing machine/ hot glue in the past to stop this. After a couple of years moving it about and planting through you should be winning and most weeds considerably weakened. I cut it up for paths or use it to maintain unused plots/help newbies.
