SM3 Seaweed Extract.....Any thoughts??

I received some SM3 free with an order from the organic garden catalogue.....anyone tried it and what do you think? Is it OK for most veggies.....or are there some that will hate it? Thank you so much.....don't know how I would cope without these forums

I have used since last year when I received a freebie, I diluted it down and used it as a tonic or boost when plants looked a but unhappy, it seemed to work well and I had no plants that seemed to dislike it, I think it is supposed to build natural defences and give a general boost rather than cause great amounts of growth.

I use diluted liquid seaweed as a feed and as a foliar spray. Don't know how much SM3 costs, but the stuff you make up yourself from Tamar is very good value.
