Used loo rolls for sweetcorn and runner beans. I microwaved them first and there is no fungi. Everything is looking very healthy ( except the beans that the birds got ). I also use rootrainers and they are also excellent, i have some butternut squash and more corn growing in them.

I sowed sweetpeas in loo rolls last autumn and left in greenhouse over winter.
Was very successful with almost 100% success rate though I did have a few mushrooms growing. Guess its because of the length of time.
Have also sown mange tout and peas more recently which are doing well and am going to plant out tomorrow hopefully.
