You can't. Badgers are protected species. You need to get in touch with the local wildlife people for advice.
Cornwall badger group have advice here. Unfortunately it doesn't look as if they will remove just on garden damage. badger garden damage
You have my sympathy Wormcast. I thought I had problems with the deer, but this sounds worse. In the end I had to raid my bank account and fence the deer out. Think you might have to go for the electric fence - or learn to love the badgers and let them do what they like.

Sorry have fallen foul to badgers and sweetcorn last year and the b****ers did not even clear the cobs away after they had finished, they also managed the whole allotment site as and when the corn was ready. One plot holder dug chicken wire into the ground and they still got in. Thought I might try cat repellent or someone else told me vinegar not sure if either will work Good luck
