  • Polli Pumpkin

    Hi

I have an Atlantic Pumpkin in my Polytunnel and the plant itself is already huge. I have two female flowers on it which have just flowered, I have male flowers too but they don't seem to be be flowering quick enough. I've read about how to pollinate with pumpkins, but do I have to wait for the male flowers to flower first? I'm just worried that they are taking too long and the female flowers may go over by the time the males are ready.

Sorry if this sounds like a daft question.

Why don't you store some female pollen on a paint brush in a sandwich bag,It always works for me
