My charlotttes planted on 29 feb have been ready for a couple of weeks now. It was seed I had saved from last year so I was happy to take a chance on a really early planting and for once it payed off.

Wow, well done Millit!! I had a quick furtle a few evenings ago and mine are almost there ... I was tempted to lift a few but OH is quite right, another week or so will see them a better size and more enoyable.

Glad you enjoyed yours - isnt it just THE BEST!?

            well done Millit

Sad face I planted some potatoes back at the begining of march me plants are about three feet tall and going insane, however me and the good lady wife had a furtle last night (oohh err!), and there is nothing under there only roots not even the smallest marble size potatoe? how deep down do the potatoes grow? it was about a hand deep we went? any advice would be most welcome.

Cant remember what they were sorry. I feel that I am just going to leave them for a few more weeks to see what happens?

            any assistam=nce most welcome
