top off redskin peppers

i have five pepper plants all growing well,redskin variety,they have about 10 flowers each and a few peppers 2" long.i,m jumping for joy when i look at them but they are only about 15" high and wonder should i top them off.is this done on peppers and are there any other tips on looking after them.i worry about all the babies.

Do you mean pinching them out/pinching the top?

I'm growing chilli peppers and generally peppers look after themselves well. Sounds like you are doing it right - clearly they are happy enough to produce!
Though if you want to "feed" them - you can always use some diluted (1/2 strength) tomato feed. It will give them a bit of a helping hand in helping to keep producing.

I don't pinch mine out. Mine are about 12 - 18" depending on variety and most of them have fruit on. Don't get too worried. Most plants can look after themselves.
