i think i may have become a little obsessive ....... last night all my veggies had grown, and they all started chasing me round the garden, then they took over my house and ate my kitten ........ help im growing triffids

I'm embarrased to admit I also dream about my veggie garden. Mostly it about the slugs though! I think a person-sized person-eating slug would be my perfect nightmare.

lol, oh no i bet it will be slugs tonight ...... i woke up in a sweat 5 times last night .... luckily there were no slugs

I have recurring nightmares about having to pull up couch grass endlessly...esp after a good weekend down the lottie weeding.

oh i haven't started on that one yet, all my grass is from seeds i grew 2 years ago, so the only nasties are the odd weed whos seed manages to fly in

i did spend 6 weeks 3 years ago, digging up the whole of the weed patch that was my garden, and pulled out everything then covered the whole lot in weedkiller before i started again ...... think that might have helped

I have dreams/nightmares where I'm going through a building, which seems fine, but then as I go upstairs, the stairs get smaller and smaller (Alice in wonderland style), and I get stuck.

I hate that! I think I'm trying to tell myself something about the size of my bum!!

I have tomaot-sucker-pinching-off dreams, which are quite relaxing really. Last night I had the back-at-high-school dream though, which I could have done without - gardening beats demonic teachers any day!

I had a horrible dream last night that my pepper plants, which I just uncovered, were eaten by bunnies again. I went to the garden really early and whew! thank god everything was ok.

I have been having garden dreams too. The other day, cabbages bubbled up from the surface of the soil and last night I pulled carrots, which came up steamed/warm. Freud says we often over-compensate in ours dreams. Your plants are small in reality, no?

lol, my plants last time i saw them consisted of 1 2mm shoot, maybe i'm subconsciously worried that it won't be there next week when i get home, or darling son will have weeded them

well i'm relieved i'm not the only one having veggie dreams
