Pak Choi - Toot Toot!

I had my first ever harvest today, Pak Choi which we cooked in a lovely stir fry with noodles, very nice it was too, yum yum!

However..... Does Pak Choi give you wind. My tummy has gone mental since teatime? This really isn't funny, I can't keep blaming the dog.

I eat plenty of Pak Choi Amanda, but never had that experience. Hope it settles down.

Yummmmm Pak Choi, how long did it take to grow, I love Pak Choi I like putting it in the wagamamas spicy noodle soup type dish with nice rare steak on stop.

my pak choi is still very small but looks like it is starting to develop flowers - does this mean that it has bolted? And if so, is in now inedible?
