Slow to bolt?

Once again, questiony time!!!

ok, what does slow to bolt ( or fast to bolt ) actatully mean?

im not sure but on the back of my spinach beet pack is sais : slow to bolt

Bolting means that the plant starts to produce seed instead of putting it's strength into making leaf.. SO if you want a plant for it's leaf, slow to bolt or bolt resistant is GOOD.
