Strawberries - Elsanta Newbie

I have three Elsanta Strawberry Plants. I have had at least 4 fruits of each one. The plants are now getting larger leaves and aaround 5 long stems about a foot long, growing from the centre?. There are no flowers, nor does there appear that any more will come. What do I do with the plants once I have removed the remaining fruits. Do I leave it in the pot until next year?
