What to grow in my Belfast sink

I've got a small Belfast sink by my greenhouse currently full of some sickly parsley thats gone to seed. I'm looking for some ideas of what to grow in it. I thought maybe carrots. Any ideas would be welcome

I'd love to have a belfast sink to put all my herbs in - coriander, chives etc. You could grow cut and come again salad crops.

Brilliant idea, I've got one lurking under some brambles in the corner of the garden, herb garden here I come!!

Tend to be either alpines or herbs. If you want quick crops then salad items like radish and lettuce and spring onions come to mind.
