I have grown these potatoes for the first time this year and they are a fantastic cropper, but the odd one or two are purple inside does anyone know if they are safe to eat like this cos when they are green you can't?

I've grown them before and I agree they are a lovely spud. I think the purplish tinge is part of their natural form. I just ate them all!Whoever plants a garden believes in the future.
