Can anyone tell me the variety they think is THE most fool proof potato?
What I mean is a potato that is eel worm resistant, scab resistant, blight resistant, with a high yield and superb taste.
Does it exist?

Either Lady Balfour or Sante - both widely commercially grown as an organic crop so need to have lots of disease and virus resistance built in. Also Lady Balfour in particular is high yielding even on poorer ground.
