I harvested my first Black Krim last night and it weighed in at 1lb 2oz. I'll post a photo when OH downloads it from his camera.

Womble, nice tomato you've got there. My Legends aren;t doing half so well this year.
          Cheers

I didn't think of weighing it, bit disappointed, it only weighs 12 oz's. Must try harder.
            I can't weight (sorry ) to see a picture of yours T-lady.

I had an Amish Paste tomato the size of a Bramley apple yesterday I never thought to weigh it, but I did take a couple of pics. I'll post them as soon as I can get on the other pooter - the USB ports don't work on this one

              Sorted it

Gee Whiz, what cracking tomatoes you folk grow.
I don't think I could grow anything that size outdoors here - or they woulg get BER for sure.
                Congratulations to you all.
I'm sure I'll see them again in the Showcase.

My outdoor tomatoes are all either dead or got fruit the size of a pea, Alice That one was grown in a greenhouse, sown in Feb & mollycoddled with a heater through April & May! It's now been converted into pasta sauce

Maybe I'll just stick to Red Cherry outdoors Sarzwix - but I would love some big ones.

There's nothing 'only' about a tomato weighing 12 oz's - don't knock it, it's still a whopper. I'll now go and hassle OH to download photo.

What huge tomatoes folks!! I have 2 Shirley toms at sort of regular size and I spotted the first of the Roma plum toms this morning - but only one and no more flowers

SarzWix what are the Amish Paste used for? Is it a cooking tomato like Roma? I was hoping to make my own tomato puree this year but my tomato yields are rubbish.

Hopefully this will be my first successful upload of a piccy of Black Krim - 1lb 2oz (scary thing is there are larger ones still on the plant).

Anyone for tomato and mozarella salad?
