I have dug up the last of the cauliflower as yet again they have blown, yellowed and been munched. There is one which is def edible and a couple more which if chopped up into a cauli cheese wouldnt show but I know cauliflower can taste rank if its off so should I chance it? I would like to use it up this dinner so can anyone help me quickly?

I ate the ones i grew last year even tho they looked disgusting (raw and cooked)because they had sort of grown more like a sprouting broccoli than a cauli and were a horrible beige colour. They tasted very strong...i ate them but OH wouldnt. -
In the end I made a cauliflower cheese and it tasted half decent. I will not be put off growing them yet though cos they are so expensive in the supermarket!Tammy x x x x
