Actually they're not my favourite. I tend to only eat them cooked in sauces and things. Fortunately my OH thinks they're manna from heaven. I kept debating whether I could possibly find room for another plant and he kept asking if we had enough. Glut, what glut? sums up his attitude
aargh! I had one red one, but I think someone's pinched it. I have literally hundreds of green ones, Buffalo and Alicante type, but they are greener than a green thing still.
should you take off the titchy ones at this stage of the year? mine vary from about twice the size of a tennis ball to baby gobstoppers, I cant see how they can possibly all ripen even if the sun does ever shine again.
