Who knows? Did you plant them in the same place as last year? I understand that pumpkins are greedy creatures and need lots of muck and food to grow - perhaps your soil is a bit impoverished. If its not that, then perhaps the weather has contributed to your lack of crop. I won't mention that I have got about 20, 5 of which are nearly ripe, sorry about that.
