Green Zebra will get a yellow blush to them when ripe, but they may get too soft to keep if you let them get that far. With 'green when ripe' tomatoes, it's best to do a little squeeze test to see if ripe.
A really good green when ripe tomato is one called Grub's Mystery Green (an aussie)I love growing tomatoes.

They feel soft when they are ripe, and the top bit goes yellow. I grow them every year and I love ther flavour. They will never go totally yellow so don't leave them too long. They can get quite large - try them halved and grilled - fabulous! Sorry, yes, I'm a fan!Attached FilesWhoever plants a garden believes in the future.
