My Chillis are just beginning to ripen

I noticed some flower buds on mine last night!! First signs of life...don't think I'll get any fruits at this stage (they're on sunroom windowsill all summer).

your chillis will freez fine, chop them up a bit first if you want to! Store in an airtight container or a well secured plastic bag. I sometimes use a clothes peg if I run out of the little wire ties!

Or you can always get some thread and a needle, just pass the needle through the stalks or as near to the top of the chillis and string them together. Hang the strings of chillis up in a dry place to dry, looks nice! Or google and find a chilli sauce recipe. Happy chilli munching!
