Probably not the right forum but I'm sure someone will benefit from it.....

Quick heads up all.....went into Wilkinsons earlier and found that in my store (Waterlooville) they were reducing a lot of the garden items by at least 50%. I picked up one of the micro irrigation systems for £3.50 - thinking it will be extremely useful for the lean to greenhouse that will be purchased soon.....

Also perhaps something useful for those allotment holders - the solar lights were also down in price......Boxes of 4 Stainless Steel lights - 4 quid instead of 12......plus lots of other different styles....

Just thought i add what the Irrigation sysem has

10 x End Drippers
10 x Inline Drippers
1 x BSP outside tap adaptor
1 x Flow control unit
1 x Filter washer
2 x Straight connector
15 x T connector
5 x End clamps
15 x Support stakes
10 x Pipe clips (cable clips)
1 x 23m (75ft) pipe

I hope you have better luck with the irrigation kit than I did. I bought two from our local cheapy shop, they are exactly the same as the wilkinson and woolworth ones.
They were absolutely awful, I paid £5 a shot and felt like I was ripped off.
After spending absolutely ages setting it all up and then another age trying to fix the problems, I gave up, shoved the whole lot into a box and took them back for a refund.

I'd agree, the irrigation system, is not very good. The tubing and the tap connector are fine, but the drippers are rubbish. I've replaced them with the Gardena ones.
