        pumpkin soup receipe for any one intrestered.
        1 good size onion fried in a little butter till soft
        1 medium pumpkin peeled seeded and diced into small cubes
        1-2 garlic cloves according to taste
        1 medium potatoe peeled and diced
        1 carrot peeled and diced
        3 veg stock cubes
        corriander, paprika to taste (cumin also goes well if you like a curried taste)
        2 1/2 pints hot water.
        place ingredients in a pan and boil till soft leave to cool then place in a liquidiser till smooth. then just heat when required and serve with uncut bread. (LOVELY)

        hope you all enjoy this receipe was given to me by my friend who has used her pumpkins for this purpose except 2 she kept for halloween.
