They are a little old-fashioned perhaps on the ordering side, but everything I have had from them has been great. And the catalogue is wonderfully varied.

Has anyone put an order into thomasetty and received a response ? I have emailed them twice but no response. I keep forgetting to ring them during office hours and only remember when i sit down to my tablet at night Really must set a reminder.Gardening blog http://ploughyofurrow.blogspot.co.uk

Some of these smaller nurseries don't have a dedicated admin to respond to email. This can mean that there is a bit of a delay especially during busy times as they are all out in the garden digging things up or whatever in order to dispatch orders.
Keep persevering and try phoning them if you remember (of course if they're all in the garden they may not answer)

I used Thomas's Etty earlier this year, I believe it's 1 bloke & his son in business, they are on bookface & titter if you wanted to track them down that way.
