Flowers dropping off

One of my chilli plants has started dropping its flowers, some are just buds, the flower stalks turn yellow then fall off. They were in quite small pots and I have re potted them, they are in the house at the moment, it's still to cold here to put them in the greenhouse, just not sure if it could have been the re potting that caused it, or if they have had too much water, any help please

Try giving the flowers a tickle with a pant brush.when they open.
