I am thinking that my husband and I need to buy new instruments. He says that work in the yard and in the garage requires a drill and an electric saw. Yesterday I planted some Lillies, Lilly of the valley, Alstromeria and 3 pots of Freesias.

Good day today I managed to sow the following
Crimson flowered Broad Bean
Dwarf French beans Gold
Dwarf French beans Green
Red Baron Onion - multi sown for spring onions thinings then the remainder left to grow out
2 lots of Asparagus (Connors Colossal and Mary Washington)
and some Begonia Sutherlandii not grow for years

The plan for tomorrow is to test the electric to the greenhouse and see if the heated bench still works then sow
Peas Douce Provence
Potatoes Winston. Charlotte and Jazzy ( for a trial)
Carrot Paris Market or some Nantes - I usually grow Amsterdam Forcing but I thought I'd have a change
Might sow my tomatoes as well. Sungold, Moneymaker and Black Russian

so that should keep me busy. and continue to tidy the greenhouses up and then Sunday a bonfire on the lotty ! All these sowings will be grown in tubs this year while I get the allotment sorted and the back garden sorted.
