The last of the cold nights was meant to be last night, although if you look at some models they have tonight and tomorrow down to 7. I will kill my plants if they stay in their pots any longer (some may already be beyond recovery), so the main job today is a big rearrangement:
French beans, cucumber, romanesco and tomato from greenhouse to allotment
Florence fennel, beans, cucumber, courgette and melons to greenhouse
Plant out tomatoes and courgette at allotment, flowers at home
Remove plastic cover from tomatoes (too tall now) and add supports
Put up raspberry net when it arrives
Find homes for displaced buckets of rhubarb and cauliflower

I was getting on really well with this until lunchtime when I was watching TV and my Sky box died. It took the rest of the afternoon to sort out an engineer to set up a new system (Sky+ HD is obsolete now) which won't be until 15th July, then find out how to download and use the Sky Go app which stubbornly refused to work for a good 90 minutes.

They are absolutely delicious. You don't get as much fruit from 1 plant as you would from a strawberry and I find the insect pests (often tortrix moth) like them so some of the fruit is damaged, but as something to pick and eat in small quantities they are superb.
