* I have filled the bed with horse manure but not topped it up with compost from last year's bed, for the simple reason that it is still frozen solid.
Also planted 3 seed potatoes that were absolutely desperate in a bucket in the garage.

Check state of garden and greenhouse. Unlikely to be defrosted as it is colder there than here.
Weeding if possible

At allotment
In the unlikely event of the old hotbed defrosting, top up new hotbed with compost.

Put some pepper seeds to chit in airing cupboard
