EU and Northern Ireland residents - order seeds from UK now

Advice for members living in EU countries and Northern Ireland: I've just had notification from Premier Seeds Direct that they will no longer be sending seeds to most customers living in the EU or Northern Ireland due to the need to provide a phytosanitary certificate for goods, and will only consider this for huge orders. They're currently accepting orders for shipping latest 23 December this year. After that, they're stopping unless an agreement to the contrary is reached. I imagine other suppliers will follow suit, so probably time to order any seeds you normally get from the UK now.
