Two parsnips one 700g and the other forked into four supermarket size snips 900g.

My first ever straight parsnip, whoop.
whoop (and associated Sunday lunch stuff)...

Some sprouts off my only surviving plant and then covered it with some mesh as the pigeons had found it.
Decided 1 or max 2 plants fine for our needs. I grew Crispus and have to say they are quite sweet tasting and lacking the bitter sprout taste I remember from childhood.
