Today I harvested 2021

More parsnips (not many left now and they need using), elephant garlic greens and land cress.

Leeks, and some salad leaves (miner's lettuce, and some cress of some sort I found coming up on one of my pots).

Land cress, all year round lettuce, chives and parsley.

Lettuce for an alfresco lotty lunch and red kale for this evenings meal.

Cavolo nero kale tops, wild garlic leaves, couple of egyptian onion sprouts, tender daubenton kale, rainbow chard.
All went straight into a very fresh lunch.

Dug up some oca. It's all really starting to grow, now (some tubers have 2 inch shoots). Need to eat it up quick.

Mrs quanglewangle cut some more of her purple sprouting broccoli.

Wish she would hurry up and finish it. I need some of the space for sweetcorn that will be outgrowing its modules soon
