Today I harvested 2021

Some oca and lots of beetroot. I plan to make beetroot soup tomorrow.

Apart from 1 cabbage the rabbit missed all my veg now harvested, last of the carrots lifted and now getting the beds ready for the new season.

I'd completely forgotten about a container full of carrots until today! I pulled up a few, a rainbow mix I think. I've only tried the yellow ones so far but they were crunchy sweet and utterly delicious.

Think that's the last of the kale now.
I need to hurry up and eat the oca, too. Damn stuff is all starting to grow. I've found trying to dig it out and put it in the fridge is futile, too, as it will just as happily grow in there, too.
