Garden Centres- Will they be closed??

After the announcement this evening, will garden centres be closed as last March, or are they permitted to stay open this time?

It wasn't mentioned, and I'm needing some garden supplies to get up and running this year.

If you read the government list of rules, all 21 pages, it seems as if they can stay open.

My local garden centre did on line ordering and delivery, I shall be using that, pretty sure Dobies are doing a delivery service too.

Both replies are good to hear, with the work in the garden I have to do I'm needing plenty of compost to get me started so I won't be stuck for a second year running.

I wonder if some might implement their own safety aspects if they are allowed to open? ie preorder and pay, then collect?
Many companies seem to have changed the way they trade to help keep everyone safer.

Dobbies look like they are going for click and collect in a big way.
Perhaps we will still be able to get seeds and plants for our plots.
