I have kept spuds until January, squash until March, onions and the dregs of the tomatoes(harvested green) until Christmas.

Never had much success storing apples, lost 90% last time I tried, so tend to bottle them as apple puree and make home, ade Christmas puddings and mincemeat instead -OH loves Mary Berry’s mincemeat loaf ;-)

Still using onions and potatoes (now sprouting) from last year. Also I still have some carrots in the buckets they were planted in from last year which are starting to grow but are still edible.

Still got half a dozen bulbs of garlic left. Most have some green shoots now but the majority of each clove is still useable. Also still forcing chicory roots I dug up last November - they're not producing the tight chicons now but still lots of large perfectly edible leaves
        Are y'oroight booy?
