For the life of me I just can't grow peas. it is written
    Those look fine to me.
They are indeed rather leggy, but they should recover from that just fine once they're planted out.
The legginess is caused by lack of sufficient light. My pea seedlings get leggy like that even in my conservatory, so a potting shed definitely isn't bright enough. Even the brightest south-facing windowsill gets a lot less light than plants would outdoors.

It's definitely not just you Marb. Peas have been my biggest failure this year.

Well they have got worse, keeling over for no reason at all.

I imagine the stems got damaged because they were too floppy.
They want planting out as soon as possible. You should have planted them out at about 3 inches, really.
