Hi. I know there are some experienced pot growing Gardner's on here so would appreciate some help.
We planted 2 year crowns about 4 or 5 years ago in a dedicated raised bed. For various reasons the bed got choked with a huge amount of perennial weeds - nettles raspberry and bindweed mainly and ants.
I have cleared the bed and have dug up what has survived of the crowns and have about 4 that look viable.
I won't put them back in the bed because it needs annual stuff so I can keep on top of the weed problem although the soil is very good and deep - the weeds thrived!
What is your opinion please,?
Is it worth putting the crowns in dustbins?
I have 2 redundant ones already and could get a couple more if it is worth doing?
