Bok Choy is a member of the Brassica family and those look like Cabbage White eggs to me. You need to squish them off, check every leaf on every plant for more and then cover the lot with butterfly netting or insect mesh.
Have fun!Nestled somewhere in the Cambridgeshire Fens. Good soil, strong winds and 4 Giant Puffballs!
Always aim for the best result possible not the best possible result

Flea beetles are a menace. I use a powder containing pyrethrin that I can buy at our local farmers co-op. Not sure if that's permitted in the UK.
This is quite useful on controlling them https://www.almanac.com/pest/flea-beetles
The Wikipedia page on pyrethrum has some interesting information on potential companion plants susceptible to flea beetle attack. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pyrethrum#Toxicity
