  • What’s wrong with my cucumber plant?

    Hi,
could anyone identify what could be wrong with my cucumber plant? It’s outside and not crowded. I’m in Essex temps have been around 21-22c with some rain.
it seems to only be on the bottom leaves not the top.

Can I still salvage this plant by cutting these leaves off?

Don't remove the leaves. That's not any sort of disease, so removing them leaves will not help.
Those beige patches are dead tissue. This can be caused by several things, but considering the pattern, I suspect something with desiccating effects was spilt on the leaf. Do you perhaps feed the plant and get some of the liquid feed on the leaves?

I would go for sunlight especially if it has been moved from indoors.
Near Worksop on heavy clay soil

I've never seen sun scorch create small spots like that. Usually sun scorch affects fairly large sections of leaf, even whole leaves.
It's definitely scorch of some sort, but I don't think it's the sun.
