Red Russian micro leaf

I accidentally bought the wrong seed. Based on advice from the forum I meant to buy red Russian kale, but ended up buying the micro leaf variety. Wasn’t sure what to do with it so sowed it in a bed and it has germinated and grown to 5-10cm. Just not sure what to do with it now. Do I just snip it off and stick it in a salad? Never been one for growing micro greens before.

Yup. You'll need to add other stuff too though

You can add it to stir-fries and omelettes.
