Today I harvested 2022….

  • Tomatoes (totem, tumbling toms, tigerella, &unknown cultivar from my dad)

    Aubergine (baby belle) - delicious roasted in the oven with some a olive oil and salt. Will definitely grow again.

    Yellow French beans (dwarf from Lidl) - bought 2-3 years ago, first time sowed for first time this year actually pretty good yield.

    Thyme, oregano and rosemary to throw on some potatoes

    • Final rhubarb crop of the season -3.2kg. In an otherwise difficult growing year rhubarb has been great this year. And some more tomatoes of course.

                              • Some tomatoes to serve on sourdough at lunch. Toasted sourdough, rub with garlic, drizzle olive oil and sea salt flakes rub tomatoes into the bread, serve.
