Yesterday - kale, carrots and a frozen radicchio which thawed without damage and made a good salad.

Parsnips for tomorrows evening meal, I did try to dig up some JA’s but the ground was frozen.
Anyway looking in a freezer for beans i spotted a bag of JA’s I must have frozen earlier
